Handling of Employer and Job Seeker Personal Information
- Personal information obtained from job seekers or employers will be handled properly according to the “Personal Information Proper Management Regulations.” The regulations are as follows:
The scope of personnel handling personal information within the organization is limited to the Employment Placement Department. The Personal Information Manager is the Employment Placement Manager, Emdad HOQ
The Employment Placement Manager will provide annual education and guidance on handling personal information to the personnel listed in Article 1. Additionally, the Employment Placement Manager must attend a manager’s training session at least once every five years.
When a request for disclosure of personal information is made by the person concerned, it will be disclosed without delay based on the qualifications and professional experience of the individual. Further, if a request for correction (including deletion) is made and it aligns with objective facts, it will be corrected without delay. The Employment Placement Manager will strive to inform job seekers of the handling procedures for disclosure or correction.
If a complaint is made regarding personal information, the complaint handler will address it appropriately and sincerely. The complaint handler for personal information is the Employment Placement Manager, Emdad HOQ
Refund Policy
- The organization has a refund policy (refund of all or part of the fee if the job seeker employed through the introduction leaves early). Details are provided separately.
