Fee & Refund

Consulting Fee for Contingency Search:

If the Client extends a written offer of employment to a Talent introduced by the Agency and the offer is accepted by the Talent and starts work at the Client, the Agency’s placement fee will apply.
For a Contingency Search, the placement fee range falls between 30% to 50% of total Annual [1st Year] total Salary Package. Consulting fee rate depends on the position and level of difficulty of the search.
The placement fee is subject to consumption Tax, to be charged separately.

Guarantee Period and Refund Policy:

The Agency’s guarantee period is 90 calendar days (3 months) from the start date of employment.
If the permanently placed Talent decides to leave the Client’s employ for personal reasons within this guarantee period, the Client will be entitled to one of the following options:
One free replacement placement is equal to the value of the original placement. The timeline for the search for a replacement will be determined through consultation between the Agency and the Client.
A refund of the placement fee according to the following structure:
A 60% refund if the new hire resigns from the Client’s employ within 30 calendar days of employment.
A 40% refund if the new hire resigns from the Client’s employ within 60 calendar days of employment.
A 20% refund if the new hire resigns from the Client’s employ within 90 calendar days of employment.
The Agency’s guarantee will only apply if the placement fee has been paid in full.

Consulting Fee for Retained Search:

An exclusive contract will be signed by both parties (the Client company and Black Pigeon).
