Job Description:

  • Client and Candidate Relationship Management
  • Developing new clients and sourcing, Head Hunting appropirate Candidate to fullfill client`s requirements
  • Advising candidates and clients providing marketing information
  • Preparing candidates for the Interview  with Clients
  • Fullfill the weekly KPI and achieving Target

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years Sales / Recruitment / Executive Research Expereince 
  • Passionate of Sales/Recruitment domain
  • Not afraid of Telephone
  • Selft Starter and Result Driven
  • At least Busienss level  of Japanese and English
  • High ambition for career growth in the long run
